The Domestic stations sign on at 4 or 5 am. and sign off between 10 pm. and 12 midnight, on their local times.
Keep in mind that these have the sole purpose of reaching their local populations, but often can be heard across their borders.

The International broadcasters keep specific schedules related to the particular part of the world intended to be reached but are generally easier to catch, due to their greater transmitter powers.

The degree of your listening success depends on the equipment you utilize, the station transmitter powers, the current conditions of the electromagnectic propagation of the radio waves and last but not least, the time of day you are trying to "hunt" rare and weak signals (DX'ing).
