That's Bob's dad getting gear out of the back of a truck for the divers. On the deck of the pontoon boat you can see the barrels used to raise the plane. After attaching the barrels they were filled with air. The most damage done to the plane was when the divers tried to push it the last few feet onto the shore and bent the thin aluminum tubes. Because it took so long to find since it was upside down and in the channel, some of the "locals" said they were going to find it and claim it as "salvage" since is was on the bottom for more than 30 days.
