On January 22 and January 18th, 2002 respectively, Mr. Selwyn Pieters (on behalf of the complainant) and Mr. Denis Lefebvre, Assistant Commissioner, Customs Branch (for the Respondent, Canada Customs and Revenue Agency) signed a Minutes of Settlement which has resolved the matter.
