I don't have the most recent Alice in
Chains album, but I've got every other one. If you like AIC,
don't miss either Sap or Jar of Flies; they are the shortest
releases, but also the best. Want to see a pretty picture of the band? [54k]
The original bad
boys of hip-hop, the Beastie Boys.
When Black Flag
had Henry Rollins as the frontman, they were awesome. You have not lived
until you've heard the live album, Who's got the 10 1/2, on
vinyl.
Hey, I just got the Deftones
latest CD, Adrenaline. It's pretty damn good, so I decided to add
them to my "Bands" page. They sound a lot like KoRn, and as far as I
know, the bands are friends and used to tour with one another in
California. Cool. Check 'em out.
"KoRn's music has stylistic links to Rage Against the Machine, the
Rollins Band and Nine Inch Nails, but [the lead singer] David seems a
breed apart from the revolutionary agitator, the muscled titan and the
dark lord of depression who respectively front those bands." -- from an LA
Times interview.
Having trouble with digestion? Try some KoRn in your diet.
(Damn, that was korny. Arggh! I did it again)
Here are some more KoRn links: Official KoRn Fan Page (www.korn.com); UNofficial KoRn page.
Damn funny picture of
the Melvins,
huh?
