Dear IHCC Team,
Firstly, I wish to convey my deepest sympathy for those who is still
suffering in Indonesia. Hope that life will be kind to them.
Secondly, I wish to suggest that the IHCC team should protest to the
United Nations of Human Rights. Indonesia is one of the participating
countries and it should accept and follow any rules that it sets. It is
very obvious that it is a violation of human rights towards the
minorities.
Furthermore, from what I know, there is a newly set up party by the
ethnic Chinese soon after the riots. (I'm a Singaporean) I suggest that
it should be done in a large scale, make it a campaign whereby the newly
set up chinese party can cooperate with IHCC. With the cooperation of
new party, it will be more or less official. Get someone to write a
petition letter and get as many signatures as possible. In addition,
attach some evidences like photos. Furthermore, from what I know again,
there is actually lots of support from the internet too. Try to think of
a way, like sending a chain letter requesting them to send a few lines
support and sign off.
I'm not too sure whether will this help, but I sincerely hopes so. It is
just a thought and I'm sure it will needs more planning and discussing.
I hope that the enthic chinese will pull themselves together and 'rebel'
in a civillised way and remind themselves not to follow into footsteps
of those babaric people.
If any help is needed from me in any ways, I will sincerely like to give
a helping hand to the suffering.
Take Care and all the best......
