The application of SPC Goldthwaite, John R. for Conscientious Objector Status (1-0) is approved. 2. SPC Goldthwaite will be discharged and issued a separation certificate IAW para 3-4, AR 600-43. Character of the discharge will be determined by the command. 3. Unearned portions of any appropriated funds expended upon the soldier under DOD-sponsored educational programs and / or unearned portions of bonus payments must be recouped IAW PIs 92-426, 95-57, AR 614-100 or other applicable DOD directives. 4.
