Why Americanish?
I have always wondered why Americans do not have a language called Americanish, yet they play a major role in world arena since the World War II.
The language of English spoken in the United States differs from the one spoken in Great Britain that is called as British English. Although American English originated from the British English the differences in word's structure, pronunciation and somehow grammer would be observed. As British English headed in a different way from the the Low German at the 5th century A.D., the American English has been headed to the way that would result a new language different from British English: Americanish. The differences between the two languages are in particular ortography and pronunciation. Those diffrences will eventually lead to grammatic diffrences.
