June 22, 1862 with an accidental wound (accidentally shot through both forearms) -Detailed litter bearer prior to July 1, 1863 -Wounded at Gettysburg by a shell fragment in his left leg. -Still absent as of 2/25/65; assigned light work with Brigade. -Paroled 04/09/1865 at Appomattox. -Died 8/12/1926 in Halifax Co. |
