December 10, 1862. -Wounded in Action at Seven Pines. -Wounded in action (finger amputated and thigh wound) Battle of Chester Station on May 10, 1864. -Surrendered Appomattox April 9, 1865. -VMI Faculty; engineer -Married Margaret Strother Johnston, 4th child of Gen. Albert S. Johnston in 1876 -Lived in Los Angeles and San Francisco after the War; died 1915. |
