C.F.C. 98-032 Insurance Portability Discrimination Act

Section 1: No Healthcare Insurance company may deny coverage to or discriminate against any prospective or current buyer on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, political affiliation, union membership, race, creed, pre-existing condition, disability, or genetic predisposition.

Section 2: Any employee who pays into a single payer insurance plan shall have the right to retain that coverage if said employee transfers his employment elsewhere. Job transfer shall not entitle a health insurance company to drop a buyer from its clientele.

Section 3: No insurance company may charge additional fees to buyers based upon genetic predisposition.

Section 4: All single payer health care insurance plans shall be guaranteed full payout by insurance companies in the event of catastrophic illness regardless of amount paid into said insurance plan.

Section 5: Any and all companies, firms, corporations, etc. found in violation of this act shall be stripped of the right to operate and shall be subject to a fine of at least 1,000,000 CY and not more than 300,000,000 CY.


C.F.C. 98-033 Ceres Civil Rights Act

Section 1. No employer, public or private, may discriminate against an employee, prospective employee, patron, or client on any of the following grounds: (a) ethnic origin, ethnic group or colour, (b) gender, (c) sexual orientation, (d) membership of a political party, religious or political organization, union, or social club. (e) non-native birth(f) disability

1A: Organizations whose primary purpose is religion and ministers of religion shall be exempted from grounds (c) and (d) if such organizations object to behavior defined by their religious convictions.
2A: No portion of this act shall be interpreted to imply preferential treatment or special priveleges to any group or individual and shall only be interpretted to imply equality before the law.

Section 2. Those alleging discrimination under clause 1 may take their case to a court. An employer found guilty of breaching these laws shall be liable to a fine, not to exceed 500,000 CY per case proven.

Section 3.: Any federal employee found in violation of this act is subject to dismissal and any elected official found in violation of this act is subject to impeachment by the Chamber of Deputies and removal from office.


C.F.C. 98-034 Treason and Sedition Act

1. The maximum penalty for treason is imprisonment for life.

2.1 The act of sedition consists of purporting to organize a presidential , gubernatorial or legislative election otherwise than according to law and is a felony.
2.2 The maximum penalty for sedition is imprisonment for one year.

3 In this Act imprisonment includes deprivation of civil rights including the right to post on any forum except for the purpose of legal proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction.
3.1 A term of imprisonment imposed under this Act must be served in the Federal Penitentiary in Lasteria.

4 The Federal District Courts have original jurisdiction to try a charge of treason or sedition according to law.

5 Each provision of this Act is severable.
