National Forest Maps showing Headwaters Hill
Since National Forest boundaries in this area are defined by major
watershed boundaries, Headwaters Hill is in three National Forests.

images, I've circled Headwaters Hill myself). As you can see, none of
them indicate that the mountain has a name:
