Fixes and modifications (M=measure r=rhythm s=string):
  All rhythm values have been halved.
  M22r1 original half-note symbol had dot. Dot ignored here.
  M58r2s1 original showed fret 9 (upside-down 6). Changed to 6 here.

Tablature elements to be added by hand:
  "glosa" is printed below the staff at m1r1, m33r1.
  "Iosquin" is printed below the staff at m21r1, m41r1.
  Fermata on very last chord.  

Leading measures in Mudarra's original tablature:
  1 13 27 40 53 65. Last measure is 69.
