Fixes, modifications and comments (M=Measure; p=Place in measure; s=String): 
  Francesco showed dots below many single notes.  I suppose they indicate 
    notes to be plucked with the right hand i finger.  I haven't retained 
    these dots in this tablature.  
  The "F. Milanese" in the title is Francesco, himself.  He refers to himself 
    as M. Francesco Milanese on the cover.  

Tablature elements to be added by hand:
  Fermata: M22 p1 (final chord).
  Take a moment to fill out the 16th- and 32nd-note beams.

Leading measures in Francesco's original tablature:
  1 8 16.  Last measure is 22.
