I created this web-site back in 1999 when I was a student at the Utica College of Syracuse Un.  

The purpose was to create a comprehensive online information resource dedicated to the Karabakh region and the Armenian-Azeri conflict.

   The web-site was actively maintained from 1999 to 2001 and contains valuable information, including news archives related to Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, published during this time period.
