The Movement formed in the spring of 1998. It was founded by the former Soviet political prisoners. The leader of the Movement is Andrey Derevyankin, former political prisoner of 1984-87, 1997-98, 2000-2003.

Arising of the Movement of the former political prisoners 60-80 years, who countered to the former totalitarian regime and who have not been stained with support of the present tyranny in Russia, is marked by occurrence qualitatively new Moral Opposition.

The concept Moral Opposition does not mean at all, that the participants of the Movement consider themselves apart righteous, it means, that the purposes, program, forms of struggle of the Movement are determined by unhypocrithical recognizing of the moral law as a fundamentals of the political and economic system.

Movement "Ave Maria " is the radical irreconcilable opposition to the present oligarchic regime of former chiefs of the Communist Party of Soviet Union (CPSU) and the KGB.

Russian people in the present situation can hope only on help of God, not passive expecting but applying desperate efforts. It is necessary the point of the application for Most Highest acting through one He will save Russia. The Moral Opposition should become such point.

Methods of the Movement's struggle taking into account cruelty of the authorities are very radical including armed resistance. Now is possible to oppose the power of the criminal oligarchy only by the weapons. The Movement's struggle as a Civil War include guerrillas war in Siberia, diversions on the oil pipelines and the gas pipelines, massive hacker attacks on the government computer networks, destruction of governmental communications, diversions on the official TV, capture the TV centers by guerrillas armed forces, creation the alternative Moral Russian TV.

In conditions of total criminalization of Russian economy all sources for financing the Movement have non-criminal nature.

The authority of the most cynical, most venal part of the former CPSU bosses understands its moral poverty. It understands that the single force having the right to prefer the charges on the crimes committed during the last decades – discredit of all ideals of freedom, human dignity, human rights - those can only who have sacrificed for these ideals their own health, years of freedom or even their own lives.

Not for these aims died dissidents Anatoly Marchenko, Jury Galanskov, Valentin Sokolov ("Zeka") in order ex-communist (really– cynic) bonzes gone too far in their insatiate greed threw Russian people into monstrous sufferings. Ex-communist bonzes being covered by false "democracy", as earlier they were covered by false communism.

Russia always was the appanage for Virgin Maria. In the apparition on July 13, 1917 in far Portuguese village Fatima Virgin Maria has announced to the world that Russia should be dedicated to Her Immaculate Heart .

Not weighty candles and the luxurious temples erected by stolen money are necessary for God but sincere repentance of the people in sins. Virgin Maria needs only moral Russia.

Admitting that the reason of present catastrophe is moral the backbone of the Movement been forming according special principles by the persons self-denying, given obey of poverty, chaste, compassionate.

The tragedy of Russia is the real absence of true Church anxious by saving souls, actual help for suffering people. “Russian Orthodox Church” was converted from branch of Committee of State Security (the KGB) into commercial structures anxious only by money. “Russian Orthodox Church” making profits by trade of alcoholic drinks, tobacco, and petroleum being closed with obvious criminal elements. There is a phenomenon of the criminal-gangster "Christianity".

One of the aims of the Movement is the assistance to recovery in Russia the Orthodox Church in cooperation with that small part of clergy, which one has not bowed to mammon, which one has saved faithfulness to God.

II. PROGRAM THESISES

Church

- Steady maintenance of a liberty of conscience;

- Increasing of religiosity of the country: providing all inhabitants of Russia by possibility to study God's Law - at schools, universities, Sunday schoolls;

- Active parting of the Church in causes of the society with Church’s independence from the state;

- Guaranteeing equal conditions to all monotheistic religions – to Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and to all newly arising religions confessing the sole Creator, based on the love to the sole Creator and human beings;

- Assistance to overcoming the split of 1054, to reunion Orthodox and Catholic Churches;

- Returning to the Church all the property, including lands, which one belonged to Church until Peter's "reforms";

- Fixing the separation of the Church from the state and property rights of the Church in the constitution;

- Cleaning the Russian Orthodox Church of the former and acting KGB (FSB) employees and criminal "businessmen". Eradication "sergianizm".

- Publishing data about all secret staff and non-staff KGB (FSB) agents, informers and provocateurs;

- Engaging to criminal responsibility without limitation term for prosecution all officials who are guilty in the Russian parliament shooting in October 1993;

Public morality

- People repentance in all vices of a thousand years Russian history, steep transformations in public psychology - unique output for Russia from the blind alley. Eradication from society the psychology of slavish obedience to authority. Education civil dignity of the people in struggle.

- Entering into number of European countries, law states respecting the rights as of individual person and other nations;

- Radical reorganization of the society. Society’s Christianization according to principles of Christian democracy and freedom;

- Economic and diplomatic pressure on countries where abortions, contraceptives killing human embryos, autonazia, pornography, prostitution, drugs production and selling are legalized;

- Radical eradication Russian unliterary abuses – the language of dirty animals and devils. Establishing the severe criminal responsibility for these abuses;

- Revision for "privatization" 1991-2007, total re-privatization;

Social security

- Invalids, old age persons, people with mental deviations are the competent citizens of Russia;

- Care of invalids, children, old age people, persons with mental deviations is the major responsibility of society and state;

- Maximum development of children-orphans adoptions, orphans upbringing in families, elimination orphanages from life of society.

Person and state

- Creation really Law State with priority of Human Rights;

- Leading down to minimum state interference in society life, transfer the majority of control functions, social security, etc. to society, to private initiative and to private business;

- Maximum humanization of Russian prison system. Life conditions in prisons are as in the best prisons in West. Careful observance of severalty for prisoners - gangsters and corruptioners apart other prisoners, political prisoners apart criminals;

- The maximum penal term for the grave crimes is no more than15 years. Abolition of a capital punishment, life imprisonment and long terms of punishment;

- The funds sharing out on crime control, should be used for maintenance of inevitability of punishment, quality investigation and court trial, maintenance of worthy life conditions for prisoners.

Lawfulness and law order

- Radical ruthless eradication of corruption, banditry, other forms of organized criminality in national scale;

- Inevitable punishment according criminal law without limitation term for prosecution, without probation, without parole to the criminals plundering country in 1991-2007;
