WHAT QUALIFIES AS NATIONAL SECURITY?
The CIA has send a great deal of time and effort trying to figure out what qualifies as a National Security Risk, and after a lot of thought have come up with a simple answer: Anything that interfers with the actions and dealings of the CIA.
It is for this reason that a lot of things that are harmful to the Unites States, or its people, are allowed to carry on unabaited. Only when someone crosses the line and interfers with the CIA itself do they jump into action and quell the interference by any means nessessary.
