| This section will
provide an overview of the components making up the DataStream
ATM/ADSL network. |

| It provides an
overview of the ATM backbone, which, amongst others, ties all
Digital Subscriber Loop Access Multiplexers (DSLAMs) to the
DataStream Network Operations Center (NOC). It also describes
the different type of ADSL modems available through DataStream
for broadband access to the ATM network. An overview of
splitter/filter configurations is also provided. |
