There is only a small population of the horseloving community that is lucky and priveliged enough to own their own horse. This part of Carolyn's Horsey Homepage is designed with that part in mind, and the aim? If not already, to make you appreciate your horse to the BEST of your ability!!! (NOT, ofcourse, to butt out the rest of the horseloving community!!)

Now you probably know, if you've had your horse for a while, that it takes at LEAST a year to get to know your horse really well. The most important thing in a horse/owner relationship is trust and confidence in one another. Without that, you have little but a constant fight on your hands. So, whether be it for trust over fences or trust out on a trail, you NEED to trust one another. And the best way to do that? Spend a lot of time with your horse. Even if it is just taking your horse to a nice patch of grass and letting him/her graze. Or spending time grooming your horse. Lots of hands-on contact is the idea.

While this page is under construction, here is something that you can print off... it is a horse/owner information sheet where you can simply keep a record of your horse's info to take to shows or put on the stable door or just for the hell of it!!
