About the location.

Nerja is a fishing town along the Costa del Sol, set against a backdrop of mountain scenery. It is approximately forty five minutes East along the coast from Malaga (the nearest airport) and two hours from Granada. The centre of Nerja consists of traditional Andalucian style houses. The Balcony of Europe juts out to sea from the town square with good views of local beaches and coves and is a popular place to enjoy the many cafes and restaurants.

The accommodation.

Our villa is in the pretty urbanisation, which is a mixture of apartments and villas. It is inhabited by a mixture of residents and holidaymakers , predominantly British and a variety of Europeans. The grounds are attractively landscaped and contain a community swimming pool , bar and cafe. It is approximately 1 kilometre from the town centre and 500 metres from the nearest beach. The villa is situated in the top corner of the urbanisation. it comprises a spacious living area, fitted kitchen , three double bedrooms (twin beds) bathroom , downstairs cloakroom and balconies on both floors facing the sea. There is also a private garden. There are regular taxis and buses into town or to local markets or sights. We also employ a managing agent on site (Eurosur) to sort out any problems.
