The Empire Presents its first ever contest!

Two prizes will be awarded one for an origional Art entry and one for Literary composition.

How To Win!

You must be at least 18. You agree to let the Empire display and use your entry. Email your poem short story or composition to The Empire Editor by august 15, 2000. Art Entries are to be emailed to The Art Editor by august 20, 2000. All entries may or may not be displayed on the site at the editors discretion. Finalists will be chosen by the Empire staff. The finalists will then go on to be featured in an open public vote for a limited amout of time, beginning first with the Literary finalists and then with the Artistic finalists.

The Prizes

Are one of two April Originals, oil on canvass board, size 9x12 or larger. The Winners will be Announced and notified by email. At this time in order to claim the prize you will need to provide a confidential address or P.O. Box the painting can be sent to. Please do not send this information ahead of time. GOOD LUCK!
