Q: What products do you use that make you look and feel good?

A: For my face, I use Olay Daily Facial Cleansing Cloths and Cetaphil lotion. Every time I finish a bottle of shampoo, I restock with a different brand. The products I'm using now are Pantene Pro-V and Clairol Herbal Essences. For moisturizing the body, I use Calypso cocoa butter and Johnson's Baby Lotion. I start every day with laughter — it's the only product in your life you truly need.

Q: Describe your style?

A: I'm inspired by fashion trends. I wear what makes me feel good whether it's in style or not. It's all about being self-confident and knowing who you are and who you want to be.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: It's about being organized mentally and physically. I look at the big picture and my plan for myself.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I dance and take martial arts classes. I also do Winsor Pilates to tone my body and give it shape.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: Every day I drink five bottles or more of water, two glasses of milk and a glass of juice. Breakfast is the largest meal of the day, so I have carbs and protein to burn. I'll have rice, potatoes, cereals or bread, then poultry or fish and some kind of dairy product. Lunch is the same but smaller. Dinner is a light salad. I snack on fruits and vegetables. The occasional treat doesn't do any harm.
