And to the happy sounds of the doctor saying "I think we'll get you geared up to go home", I begin writing my daily report.  They stopped the continous flow of her FK506 (immunosupressant) and went to a twice daily bolus, he is stopping her morphine and just leaving the bolus for when she needs it and they are stopping her GCSF shots as her white count is now too *high*!  (It was 15.2 this morning -- normal range is 4.5 to 13.0).   They'll send off some blood work to see how fast Cassies' marrow is reproducing -- those take about a week to get back.  He did say that although this coming week would be pushing it, it looks like we get out of here the week of August 6.

I did the library thing yesterday and am going again here in a bit.  And, since dinner last night was *awful*, I ordered Jasons' Deli and got a veggie muffalata -- spinach, onions, mushroom, and all sorts of goodies in an olive and oil and spices 'mix' on whole wheat bun.  Yuuuuuuuummmmmmmee!   I also got a call from an absolute sweetheart - thanks David for brightening up my day <G>.

As always, the new blood counts will be on the
Blood Counts page.  Take care and have a wonderful day!
