Another clinic visit today - and now Shay is back on the IV hydration, they've cut her meds again and we're waiting on blood cultures from the lumens on her broviac to come back (translation: we're waiting to see if the tubes coming out of her chest are growing some sort of ugly bug <G>). Until we get those back, we just keep an eye on her temperature (which is bouncing right now - from 97.7 (normal for her) to 99.7). If it gets above 101 degrees, I'm supposed to call the doctor. But I can't give her any Tylenol or anything to bring the temperature down. Ugh...
So, we'll spend the Labor Day weekend here - hope everyone has a good weekend, a safe weekend, and a happy end of summer!
