To endure without complaint
rage and humiliation.
This I will do
only for the love of you.
To stay still and quiet
while they laugh and deride.
This I will do
only for the love of you.
To feel my heart break
when your eyes are sad.
This I will do
only for the love of you.
I will cry with you,
and laugh with you.
I will give you my good days,
and take away your bad days.
All of this and so much more,
will I now and always do
only for the love of you.
