Sing To Me A Song
Inspired by the movie "Lady Jane"

Sing, my love, sing to me a song
of days long ago gone
of warm silvery nights dreamy
In which two became one.

Sing, my love, sing to me a song
Tell how much you love me
And how we will see
that death will set us free.

Cast off sins, all mortal chains, and
seek freedom in the sky.
Once we shed all earthly fears, then,
As eagles will we fly.

Whichever shelter we may find
Be it Heaven or Hell
It will be that grace did claim us
or else from grace we fell.

If we be in Satan's domain
or with our Lord above
I will always know happiness
For all time in your love.

So sing to me a song, my love
Of those days long ago.
Kiss me once, then again,
and into the long night we will go.
