(whistle) hello! My name is BooBoo and I
am a cockatiel bird. (whistle) no one can whistle like me! I am "all
that" plus a "bag of sunflower seed" when it comes to whistling!!!
(whistle)
I was born in June, the year nineteen
hundred and ninety eight. My favorite buddy is Peach, my sister, she
is a peachfaced lovebird. We stay next door to each other in our
respective cages. I have taught her how to whistle!!! (whistle) Just
like me!!! ( whistle )
My mom feeds me and freshens my water *
every * day!! I am a very excited bird and love mom very much!! I
love my dad too!! And of course my human brother too! (whistle) I
have lots of bird sisters and brothers but I am the * first * mom
takes care of * every * (whistle) day!!! I get a bowl of seeds. A
regular diet seed bowl ... consists of regular looking seeds and
sunflowers and safflower seeds. Then I got my * special * (whistle)
bowl of treat snacks ... when this bowl gets close to being empty (
whistle ) I go over to it and bang it against the cage!!! (whistle)
Its a little funny. But it brings my mom a running!!! (whistle) I get
pellets ( ~*~ yuck ~*~ ) and generally (whistle) I just throw them in
the water. Well, (whistle) it gives mom one more thing to do every
day!!! (whistle) I may eat a few of them but most go in the water or
on the floor or on the cage bottom and some end up over there with
Peach!!! (whistle) I can throw things far!!!! (whistle) We have
several different varieties of pellets. All are yuck. (whistle) I
also get spray millet. What a wonderful thing to eat!! (whistle) Have
you ever eaten spray millet?!?!? hmmmmmmmm delicious!!!! (whistle -
whistle) My human parents * insist * on giving me REAL veggies!!! I
truly like and enjoy them but I do not let them know that. ( whistle
) When I see them look at me eating human food, I run!!! ( whistle )
My three favorite veggies are shredded carrots, alfalfa sprouts and
bean sprouts!! (whistle)
It was nice to have met you all (whistle)
and when I get me a mate ( whistle ) I will be sure and let you all
know. Dad is working on the getting me a mate thing. I love my human
dad ( whistle ) and to me he is sooooooo perfect! (whistle) don't
believe that!?!?! Well, click here and find out just how purr-fect he
