Summary: Chakotay follows Kathryn and they end up discussing a few things J

Author's Note: The final instalment in my first ever series!
Chakotay stood outside Kathryn's door, determined to find out what she meant back in the holodeck. He rang the door chime and heard a muffled "Come in" from the other side.
The door opened and he stepped in and found Kathryn standing by her couch waiting and watching him.
"I had a feeling you might come" Kathryn gave a small smile, then wished she had rephrased the sentence better.
"Well..." Chakotay remarked "when you say things like you did back there, you're bound to get a reaction from me"
"I like it when you react to me Chakotay" everything she said seemed to have a double meaning and it wasn't at all intentional.
Chakotay was stunned by Kathryn's attitude, this wasn't like her. Chakotay carefully moved over to a chair, watching Kathryn all the while. He sat down slowly.
"Are you...okay, Kathryn?"
"I've never been better Chakotay" Kathryn walked slowly towards him and kneeled down in front of him.
"I have a secret to tell you Chakotay" she whispered to him, never breaking eye contact.
"A secret?"
She continued to whisper "Yes...I've fallen in love with a very special man and I don't know how to tell him"
Chakotay's heart began to race.
"I don't know whether to tell him...or show him...how much I love him" Kathryn whispered in a conspiratol tone.
"I...uhm...how would you show him?" Chakotay watched as Kathryn licked her lips suggestively and looked from side to side then back at him.
"Well..it would probably be along the lines of placing my hands on his face, like this..." Kathryn placed both her hands on either side of Chakotay's face "then I would move my thumb over his lips" she seductively brushed her thumb over his lips "I would then move in closer to his body...brush my lips against his..." she undertook the action "then move to his ear..." she did "and ask him if her would like to make love to me."
Kathryn pulled back and watched Chakotay's reaction. His breathing was laboured, his eyes were closed look so very nervous, yet exceptionally enticing.
"What do you think he would say?" Kathryn asked him, her voice still a whisper.
"Well..." he cleared his throat and scratched his forehead "I know that if I were him, I would...uhm..."
"Yes, you would what Chakotay? What would you do?" she was teasing him and he knew it and he was enjoying this side to Kathryn.
"Personally?" Kathryn nodded
"I would take you in my arms..." Chakotay's arms snaked around her back, softly stroking her "brush my lips against yours, then kiss you with a passion that only you can evoke" Kathryn held her breath as he kissed with such passion, yet it was warm and gentle and held all the love he had for her.
They broke apart, this time Kathryn's breathing was laboured. Chakotay moved so he was next to her ear and whispered to her "then I would ask her in which room would you like me to make love to you in and I'd await her answer" he pulled back then and smiled at her, bringing his dimples out in force once again.
"I love you Chakotay, more than I ever thought possible and I'm sorry it took so long to tell you"
"I love you to, but I'd like to know why now?"
"Well it's only fair I should tell you, but could I please get up, my knees are hurting me" she smiled at him as her sat back in the chair and pulled Kathryn onto his lap.
Kathryn giggled as he made them comfortable. They fit so well together, she could feel Chakotay's heartbeat, it was racing at a similar pace to hers.
"After we played that prank on Tom, it made me realise that I didn't want to pretend with you anymore. I wanted to make those noises and mean them and enjoy the feeling of creating those noises with you." Kathryn grinned at him and brought her hand up to trace his tattoo.
"I wouldn't mind creating a few things with you Kathryn" Chakotay kissed her hand and watched her eyes dance with passion and desire.
"You never know...you may just get your wish" Kathryn moved closer to his mouth and kissed him. He probed her mouth with his tongue asking for entrance, she complied and and opened her mouth. Their tongues danced with one another until they came apart for air.
"What about you neighbour?" Chakotay moved his head in the direction of the wall.
"Well I'm afraid he can't have you!" she laughed "Well we've given him plenty to think about, maybe we should give him some more" Kathryn waggled her eyebrows.
Chakotay laughed at her, scooped her up and made his way to Kathryn's bedroom, where they would dance the dance of lovers.

Tom and B'Elanna had left the holodeck soon after Chakotay had gone after the Captain.
"What do you think is happening now?" Tom asked B'Elanna
B'Elanna sat on Tom's couch watching a cartoon on the tv, while Tom paced next to the wall.
"I don't know Tom, my ability to look through walls isn't working today"
Tom rolled his eyes and sat down next to her and was about to speak when he heard something from the other side of the wall.
Tom and B'Elanna looked towards the wall, then at each other
"They couldn't be..." said Tom
"Oh God...Chakotay" they heard Kathryn cry on the other side.
B'Elanna laughed "I can't believe how gullible the think we are, do they really think we're gonna believe that they're doing it in there?"
Tom remained quiet, listening to his commanding officers.
"It wasn't like that the first time"
B'Elanna looked at him, becoming serious all of a sudden.
"What do you mean?" she asked
"Well, they seem to be having more fun this time, in comparison this doesn't sound fake" Tom strained to hear them some more.
They looked at one another for a second time.
"Na'ah!" they laughed, turned up the tv and thought of ways to get back Chakotay and Kathryn for this second stupid prank.
