Just for those who are curious
Weight
I really didn't think to weigh the system.  I know that it was considerably lighter.  I estimate the weight to be almost 10 pounds.  The box shipped in at 15 pounds, the packing materials and tool weigh in at 5 lbs 2 oz.  Assuming the scale that weighed it is accurate (and those UPS scales are usually right on), the system must weigh just under 10 lbs.
3 Peice System
The system consists of 3 sections.  A header, a small extension pipe (that has a muffler clamp and an exhaust hanger) and the slip on muffler.
How it Comes
The system arrives in one box approx 31 x 15 x 12 inches in size and a weight of 15 lbs.
Tools
Tools you will need are a metric deep socket set, box wrenches and allen keys, plus a nice long extension for the ratchet would be super helpful.  Plus note the hardest part of the job is loosening the rear header clamp.  Its metric socket head (need an allen key) and super tough.  I had to cobble a 1/4" socket, a long extension an allen key attachment from one of those screwdriver with 30 attachments kits from Wal Mart.  That did the trick for me.
