1. The Castile de Panola was created some 453 years ago. Dragons came to the island as a refuge and was befriended by Lord Panola and with this helped the wolfen emerge as the dominate race by leading an army of dragon riding wolfen. The Lord Panola in his best intentions soon grew to have more power than his friends in power and soon lost favor with the royal court. Because of this he, his family and his army of dragon riders were hunted down and killed, few fled to safety in the other kingdoms never to return, his castle laid to waste from seige and was largely forgotten. Nearly 300 years later the castle was given to the dragon Stoalg-Tileer as reward for services to the crown against the the armies of evil in the Land of the Damned. Many years later Stoalg-Tileer befriended a wolfen mage who risked his life for the friendship of a dragon, Stoalg-Tileer took Janxir as his apprentice and when he was competant left him mysteriously during the night leaving him a message giving him temporary ownerhip of the castle until he returned to reclaim it. Since then, some 67 years ago, Janxir has opened the castle as a heaven to those who seek knowledge in its many forms including the Druids of Arolia and became Lord Janxir. The druids train arbolytes at Lord Janxir's castle, he himself keeps a stable of 5 he uses for riding.

2. The Bo-Tan Tower was built by Lord Panola as well as the ship dock and was used as a port to supply his army, now the dock is used to bring visitors to the island as well as supplies to not only the druids but to the castle. The tower is magically sealed and only Lord Janxir and the druids may unlock the tower.

3. The Town of Arolia is a druid stronghold. Lord Janxir was approached by Cira Fre Jin, a human druid who negotiated with Lord Janxir to allow her and others safe shelter on the island to allow them to live in peace. In return for thier protection and safety, the druids agreed to supply his castle with what it needed and to maintain it. Lord Janxir also brought farm animals, building material and other things the druids would need to build thier lives. It is a deal that has been in affect for 66 years and the druids have prospered with his help and have vowed to always honor the deal to any member of his family who control the castle and to offer thier assistance if needed. Both have come together to ward the forces of evil, one of which is buried sercretly on the island. Food, shelter, knowledge and most other things can be found in Arolia as the druids have opened thier town to the visitors as long as thier intentions are good, only those with good intentions will be able to pass through the barrier which surrounds the town. The ways of the druid can also be learned here by those who wish to apprentice.

4. The Alovia Manor sits next to Arbolyte lake, the road leading to it has not been travelled for over 20 years and has started to be re-claimed by the land. The manor itself is abandoned and empty and no druid will venture more than a mile from it. Very few know of its history and few venture to it as the area is roamed by dangerous predators who hunt the arbolytes and anything else they can catch. The grasslands close to the Arbolyte Lake and forest are home to roaming groups of wild arbolytes that the druids train to ride. The lake also holds the submerged remains of a cemetry and a krypt roof can be seen.
