Under the
current condominium rules, if you want to replace your doors or
windows, you can. However, you are responsible for replacing any
doors or windows at your expense.
The type
of windows must be of the same size and design as is current;
however you can
shop
around and get the best quote and manufacture of your choice. If you

As
for the doors, this is limited to the two styles you see below:
 Solid
with no window or with the half moon style as shown.
Some
units have a side panel and so you also have a choice of the two
styles,
as shown below:
Colour is either rust brown or white as currently exists.
We want
to maintain the consistency and style as far as colour and designs.
This keeps the area clean looking and uniform.
