We at the Crescent City Cavers welcome all interested in Cave Exploration, Cave Science, or Cave Conservation to join us at our grotto meetings. It is the purpose of the Crescent City Cavers of the National Speleological Society to gather together experienced cavers in a forum which will educate while promoting protection of the scientific, recreational, and scenic values of karsts and caves. It is the duty of this grotto to support the National Speleological Society, and offer a mentoring approach to prospective cavers in the Southeastern Louisiana region; with a focus on education, training, and self discipline during cave exploration and studies.
