All quotes will include costs based on the following:
 | Delivery of a professionally written final product. |
| Submission and delivery of the final product on diskette and in
"hard copy". CD copy available upon request for a nominal fee. |
| Submission and delivery of the final product in the same format
(style, appearance, size, margins, etc.) as the original document at the request of the
client. If not requested, C&C reserves the right to submit a text translation only. |
| If the client requests a final product that can be
reproduced/duplicated and bound without additional editing, corrections or formatting, the
client must provide in advance a sample of the desired format or style. |
| Submission and delivery of final product in Microsoft Word. |
| C&C will charge a nominal fee for duplicates if requested. |
| Upon client request, C&C will employ the words and expressions
according to the usage of a particular Spanish country. To ensure linguistic accuracy and
cultural appropriateness, C&C establishes a cultural consult with other
qualified professionals. |
| Unless specifically requested, and except for the terms indicated
in the previous paragraph, the translator will abide by the rules of the Spanish language
common to all Spanish speaking countries, currently accepted by the Spanish Academy
Dictionary. |
| C&C will devote all of its experience to express ideas,
meanings and/or concepts exactly as in the original version and will not do literal
translations. It is the policy of C&C to consult with the client about the intent of
specific expressions to avoid misinterpretations. |
| When the client is an institution or organization that uses
particular lingo or abbreviations unknown by the translator, C&C will require specific
explanations from the client in order to render a close translation. |
| Although C&C ensures quality and accuracy by conscientiously
proofreading and editing its assignment, any mistake found after delivery of the final
product to a client, will be corrected without any additional charge. |
Upon request, C&C will submit its
quotes in writing.
