- RFC / RNAS / RAF Documents of those enlisting directly into the Royal Flying Corps or Royal Naval Air Service from Canada and in most cases can identify Squadrons served in. These are not service files, more like a nominal role with some additional information.
- CEF to RFC Service page for every CEF officer who was SECONDED to CEF. Document is similar to those found in WRO showing full name, address, squadrons served in, award, posting dates and aircarft qualified to operate and priod of enlistment etc.
- RCAF - WW2 The National Archives of Canada holds service files on all persons who served in RCAF from approx. 1935 including war time service files and all are protected by Access to Information. Researcher must prove death more than 20 years to view entire file. . Without proof of death National Archives will release
information such as medal entitlements, postings and squadrons served in and sometimes other non protected information but documents are vetted to remove protected information.
Squadron diaries are available for the Canadian 400 Squadrons but many RCAF served in British Squadrons and these diaries are not available in Canada. Canadian diaries lisit all A/C and crews as well all A/C failing to return and casualties. Many of the entries have foot notes of enemy A/C encounters etc.
- GALLANTRY CITATIONS Most citations are available for all awards to RCAF personnel.
- PHOTOSThe RCAF photo unit has a very large selection of photos of air crews and individuals from WW2, Korea & peace time.
- BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE A full coloured page from the Book of Remembrance is available showing name and date.
- CANADIAN DECORATION, EFFICIENCY DECORATION/MEDAL Have created a data base and can confirm all CD's for Permanent Force and all EM's, ED's and RCAF LS up to 1960
- AIR FORCE ROUTINE ORDERS Access to AFRO from mid 1930's to 1964.
