American sound.   Imperfect Cell powering up his Kamehameha.

Japanese sound.   Various Imperfect Cell sounds from the DBZ video game Super Butoden.   First, the sound he makes when he falls over, then him chanting a Kamehameha, then him laughing.

Japanese: "Don't interfear...scrap metal."

Japanese: Cell firing a blast at Vegeta.

Japanese sound: Cell talking to Goku.   I have no idea what he's saying.

Japanese sound: Cell powering up and fireing a kamehameha.
