The silicone Breats implants from Dow Corning

Suffering from a small chest I thought seriously has a surgery  
I wished to have a chest which has my opinion gives to the woman her femininity, her sensuality.
Not knowing any surgeon I began my small investigation, in speaking around me.
In my research I made to knowledge a woman and a transsexual who had undergoes a bilateral increase breast implants augmentation  rétropectorale with prostheses with the silicone Dow Corning.
I taken return in the surgeon August 1982 raising several question about this kind of operation (the pours and counter them)  and how long could I keep this kind of prostheses.
The answer was for the life and that if I did all that the surgeon would say to me to do I should not have problem.

I accepted then all the remarks of the surgeon and I was to operate in Montreal for a bilateral increase breats implants rétropectorale in November 1982.

1990  intend to speak  a collective recourse to the United States against Dow Corning by the women carrying  implants with silicone   and their problems of health

The years pass and I m do not worry I thinks that  is not for me the problems of health. Forgery

2002 I start has to have major problems of health.
My family practitioner not knowing anything with the prosthesis mammaire starts has S inguièter on my health. Blood test, medical check-up complete all seems normal.
To enter by ambulance has 3 recoveries has the hospital since November 2003, Urgentologue, Neurologue, Orl, Cardiologue, Gastrologue, Audiologiste and a series complete examination was made and nothing the abnormal one was to detect.

I asked has my family practitioner (May 2004)  it is possible that one of my prostheses be ruptured?
It passes an examination to me and he as does not find that normal as one of my centres is smaller and deformed while knowing that I carry implants mammaires of the same sizes is 250 DC.

It makes me pass a mammography then an echography mammaire and which shock was for me  to hear it
result of its two examinations by the specialists on the matter.

Patient carrying prostheses rétropectorales, siliconées, presents on the right signs of rupture of this prosthesis, with the inféro-external quadrant of the implant, where one notes images in storm of snow.Those pictures are also re-examined with the quadrant inféro-intern of the implant. To also note signs of liguines. On the left, the contour of the prosthesis remains somewhat vague, with the external quadrant, where it could exist signs of an external rupture of the capsule. One notes also signs of liguines in the prosthesis on the left side .The mamaire gland   itself is without characteristic.

Conclusion: Rupture of the internal and external capsules on each side, in particular on the right.

With the Association of Transsexuels(them) of Quebec (a mercy special A Mrs. Marie Josée Marcil)who referred to me has a surgeon known plastics technician of association Dr. Jean Louis Beaudoin who proceda has will exerez it my implants on November 24 2004 that I holds has to thank personally like has all its team (see photographs Ci below)

One week later is on November 30, 2004 the surgeon gave me return has its private clinic to remove the bandages. (Photographs Ci below without prostheses)

See a difference? Me yes have no more prostheses. Next return for a complete examination of the centres January 2005
