Due
dates/deadlines are strictly enforced, late and un-submitted assignments
receive a grade of zero.
No reason/excuse for lateness
or not submitting the assignment will be accepted. There are no makeup assignments. To qualify for a grade for any
assignment, you must have been in class for the full duration of any content/material/etc.
which the assignment is related to (attendance is taken). Regardless of whether an assignment has
been submitted on time, late, or not submitted, a future assignment may depend
on the completion of a previous assignment. Although you have until 11:59 PM on the
day before class to complete assignments, do not wait until the day the
assignment is due to begin and/or complete an assignment. Doing assignments on their due date
usually results in poorly done work which will be reflected in the evaluation
received for that work. As well,
problems with computer hardware and/or software may cause you to be unable to
complete the assignment by the due date/deadline which will result in a grade
of zero for the late/un-submitted assignment. Therefore, start and finish assignments
well before their due date/deadline, check your work for errors, omissions, and
quality before submitting it.
