1. Kill Kill Kill.

2. Shoot every enemy you can, no mater if he is spawning or not. There is no dishonor in this. If there was then George Bush the First would never have been president. In WWII he strafed Japanese sailors in the water after there ship went down. The logic is clear, they didn't live to fight another day. Any other "logic" is flawed and can only lead to getting your own men killed. WWII was won by the ruthless acts of very good men against a tyrannical enemy. If good men are not willing to follow this simple rule of victory then tyrants will always win.

3. Operate your airplane to the best of your ability. Use any part of it to maximize your score against your enemy. Use any part of it to minimize your enemies score against you. Bailout or crash at any time. It is your airplane. Operate the controls as needed to win. To give over any advantage to the enemy out of any contrived sense of honor will only increased the chance of your teams defeat. Any leader who encourages this defeatist principle should be sent home in disgrace and assigned to a desk for the remainder of the war. I'll never fly wings level and wait to be shot, irregardless of fuel and ammo.

4. Change you name as needed. Erich Hartmann flew an Me-109, in WWII, with a black tulip painted on the nose. After a time the Russians came to recognize this plane as sure death approaching. Hartmann realized this as he noticed his rate of kills dropping. He switched planes with another squad member and Hartmann's rate of kills began to climb as the squad mates kill rate went down due, without a doubt, to the black tulip painted on the nose.
