We hereby agree not to hold Christian Fellowship School, Loachapoka, Alabama, liable for the education of our children. Although Christian Fellowship School has agreed to operate a school in our home, we understand that it is operated as a ministry, on a nonprofit basis, without receiving federal funds, and neither Christian Fellowship, nor its officers, has any liability to the state concerning fulfillment of the compulsory education law.
