In the name of God Amen, I Wm Burrough of ye County of Princess Anne being now sick of body but sound of mind, do make this my last will and testament revoking all others.
I give and bequeath as followeth I give all my plantation house, orchard, and all ye land belonging to witt, to my son Jno. Burrough and his heirs for ever.
Item I give more over to my sd son John Burrough my mars bridle and sadle, a cart and wheels, moreover I give to my sd son Jno Burrough a bed that stands (in the) outward room with all ye furniture belonging to it and also one cow and yearling furthermore I give him my Hand will but he is not to deny his bro. ye use of ye same whenever he hath occupation make use of ye same, also I give my sd son Jno Burrough my guns, sword and clean.
Item I give and bequeath to my son Wm. Borr o .....young beast and a cow also my great chese (that) stands in ye outward room and ye bed (that) is under ye shade and ye purtenances belonging to itt. I give him also a small iron pott 2 dishes.
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Amy Burrough a young horse, likewise I give her a stiers, a cow, and a young yerling, likewise a couple of pewtr dishes and a chest (that) stands at ye bedsfeet and further I give her a sow and six shoates and two juggs;
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter .....Mary Triggs one sow ye rest of my personal estate, goods either within or without doors I give and bequeath to my aforesaid eldest son Jno Burrough and doe thereby appoint and ordaine my sd. son Jno. Burrough sole Executrix of this my will thus ratigying all and singular ye premisses in witness whereof, I have hereunto puit my hand and seale this 16th day of Jany 1700.
