If you are pregnant, it is best to have this confirmed as soon as possible. Once you are 12 weeks pregnant you will be given an appointment with the community midwife at a booking clinic in the practice to begin to plan your care. Women are advised to take Folic Acid (available over the counter at your chemists) when trying for a baby until the 12th week of pregnancy.

Asthmatic patients can be seen at the practice asthma clinic by a practice nurse. This is on Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings. If you need an appointment ask at reception

The baby clinic is designed to provide a number of services. These include: Routine health checks and immunisations, health visitors available for advice, and post natal checks. The clinic runs on Mondays from 1.30pm until 3.00pm. No appointment is necessary.
