(VALIDATION OF STATE LAWS) ACT, 1956

An Act to validate certain State laws amending the
Indian Bar Councils Act, 1926
Be it enacted by
Parliament in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India as
follows:-
1.Short
title.- This Act may be called the Bar Councils (Validation of
State Laws) Act, 1956.
2.Validation of certain State
laws amending the Indian Bar Councils Act, 1926 (38 of 1926).-
The laws specified in the Schedule shall be, and shall be deemed
always to have been, as valid as if the provisions contained herein
had been enacted by Parliament.
