GrainCorp Lawn Bowls, 2004

Nigel & Dicko (IS Exec & IS Mgr) decided to take the IS crew out for a bit of a celebration and bonding session. It was a great day and a lot of fun! We split into groups of 4, got a boring run-down on the rules, enjoyed the sun with a continuous flow of beer and got stuck into a round-robin / playoff system. A close final. The runners-up could consider themselves robbed.

There is some doubt as to me claiming victory. As you can see below, I am in the victorious team photo, so I'll let you make your own mind up ...

IS Dinners

GrainCorp IS have taken to going out together regularly. Dicko attempted to enforce the rule that mid-week ventures should not be planned and any hung over team member lacking punctually the following morning were to be punished. Many were late. None were punished. I think he just loved getting in early and laughing at all the Red-Eyes stumbling in.

Graincorp IS Dinners, Abdul's Birthday at Circular Quay 2003

Below is a photo from IS Dinners when we went out for Abdul's Birthday in Nov 2003. Don't ask him how old he is, he doesn't know! [we did look at his licence]. This is one of my favourite photos. The timing it takes to get a hand in the bosses face and still have him smiling on the flash ... priceless!
