Red snarled as he stared at the Yellow, edging away and favoring his left leg. A large gash still dripped blood onto the grass, staining it red.
The Yellow showed sharp teeth and lunged forwards again.
Reds Poliwhirl exploded out of the nearby pond, freezing the Yellow solid with an Ice Beam, but the Yellows Pikachu fried him a second later. Red quickly called Poliwhirl back, and ran.
He did not realize that he had crossed out of his familys territory until he noticed the snarling pair of Brunos. Though they were normally calm, but maybe
Something was wrong here.
The Brunos released their Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee, and Red tried to run, knowing that he could not defeat them alone
The sudden shrill cry from above caught their attention though, and they fled.
Red sighed in relief, hoping that whatever had saved him would not try to eat him. Maybe it was a Falkner
Golden eyes glinted with sharp fangs and claws as the being dropped down in front of him on the back of an Aerodactyl.
Wait that was Brother!
The Lance nodded, as Red clambered onto him, feeling better as his sibling placed paws on his injuries and healed him with blue light.
What were you doing?
I I was trying to run away from a Yellow.
A Yellow? In our territory? We had better tell Father and Daddy
Poli froze her, so I hope she didnt run away. Red shivered.
Ill take you home now. Lance said, and that was that.
Father-Lance and Daddy-Red returned soon after, dragging the corpse of the dead Yellow behind them, as a warning to other Yellows in the area.
Red and Lance cuddled together, as Red lavished his sibling with kisses and pets, thanking him for saving him from the Brunos.
Upon hearing about the strange behavior of the Brunos, Father-Lance and Daddy-Red looked worried. If there were demented Brunos, there might be Agathas or Loreleis around controlling them
Red might be in danger then.
But until more proof was there, they would take care of each other, and they would not move out of their comfortable den.

Some Zoofic Information I have complied (I created this!)
Lance and Red are members of a species called Champions who only mate with each other. Their pokemon are summoned as they acquire shinies (gym badges) and grow older. Their pelt patterns also change then. Young Reds wear a blue pelt (jeans) and black pelt (black T-shirt), and as he grows older he acquires black hand-pelts (his electric-proof gloves), a red-and-white head pelt (League cap) and red-and-white outer pelt (red-and-white jacket). Young Lances were a pure black pelt (black bodysuit), and as they grow older, acquire the red and black pelt (red-and-black bodysuit of anime! Lance). Then, if they get evil enough or fierce enough, they grow a pure black pelt with a red over-pelt and a black pelt over that (manga! Lance attire with red jacket and black cape).
Lances hate Yellows. They are both predators but attack each other. Yellows will kill both Reds and Lances, though if they kill a Red that already has a Pikachu, they will steal it.
Lances partner pokemon is Dratini who soon evolves into Dragonair. Reds partner pokemon is Poliwag who soon evolves into Poliwhirl.
Red is the one who carries the babies, though some strange reproductive process (MPREG?) and Lance has sharp claws and teeth that he hunts with. He provides food for his mate.
Brothers will mate each other.
Manga! Lance has healing powers and can communicate telepathically with pokémon, so that stays.
