            Red sighed as he snuggled contentedly against Lance’s chest. He felt warm, satiated and happy.

            Lance rested his fingers in Red’s hair, careful not to slice him with his sharp nails.

            “Feeling better now?”

            “Very.” Red almost purred the words out. He leaned his head against Lance’s bare chest, grinning.

            “I’m glad.” Lance lay back down against the pillows, while Red traced lines, pausing to run his fingers through Lance’s long hair.

            “I love you.”

            “I know that.”

            Red grinned, before he pecked Lance’s lips quickly in a kiss. “Can you say it though?”

            “If it makes you feel better… than certainly. I love you, Red.”

            Red beamed.
