1999 Line up

Triple J has confirmed some of its 1999 line-up following the resignations of breakfast co-host Mikey Robins and night host Jane Gazzo.

As tipped, loud afternoon man Adam Spencer will join regulars Jen Oldershaw and the Sandman in the breakfast shift.

And Melbourne-based comedians Merrick and Rosso are close to agreeing to do the drive show, but have asked that they move to Sydney for the year, then back to Melbourne if their show succeeds.

The night shift is still vacant, but Triple J is looking at a 26-year-old graduate from the Australia Flim, Television and Radio School who recently submitted a demo tape.

Though she has no radio background, Triple J can see her potential and is training her to see if she has what it takes.
