First, the purpose of this site is NOT to promote evil or glorify the atrocious deeds of the characters featured. My purpose is to illustrate their humanity and character.After all, I believe that it is equally evil to label people off and toss them to one side or another. So please do not accuse me of being an advocate of evil or anything close. Because those things will accomplish absolutely nothing. Telling me the obvious won't work....~_^ (maniacal laughter in the background).Flamers will be ignored or persecuted. You choose. Most importantly, none of the characters belong to me. They belong to their rightful owners. and i am not making any money out of this.

Second, since I'm working and all. I can't post all my favorite villains in one shot, so I'll just review one character at a time. I'll do my best to tackle all facets of the character and why he or she deserves to be featured.

Third, the site will be updated on a MONTHLY basis. At best. If I wasn't able to make an update, that means I'm busy or have gone somewhere. You may request for a character, I'll post a list of candidates for the upcoming week, and you can email me your votes. Naturally, the character with the most number of votes will be featured.I'll also post a list of the people who requested them.

Fourth, I encourage you to send feedbacks regarding the site, in the near future, I might also post Fanfics.

• Picture Gallery -- Pictures of the Featured Character, but, I wont post 'that' many, again, we have sites for that. It is there for the purposes of further illustrating the character.

• The Webmistress -- Facts about the designer/maker of this humble site. For those who care to know. :D
• Affiliates/Links -- Friends and Family. Visit their sites too!
• Request A Character -- This is the fun part for the viewers, you can fill out a form, containing the character of your choice from the list provided. It will be automatically emailed to me. Who knows your character might be featured next!
