TRIBUTE PAGE

We want to pay tribute to those leaders that have actually done something for our country; those who in recent events have known to put their party and personal aspirations aside and do whats best for Chile's interests.

-GONZALEZ VIDELA, ex-President of the Republic of Chile 1948-

We give tribute to the ex-president Gonzalez Videla for realizing the true marxist danger in Chile in his time. He was the one that put forth the famous "Damned Law". During his mandate a new law was promulgated, the Law of permanent defense of democracy" (better known as the "Damned Law") in 1948, which to protect democracy, the Communist Party was banned. It was approved on September 3rd. 1948, by 31 votes in favor, 8 against, and with 2 abstentions. This law stopped for a time the marxist totalitarian advance.

-Lord Norbert Lamont, ex-Conservative Minister-

We give tribute to this great gentleman, Lord Lamont, who stood up to his ideals and to defend whats right, despite fashion views dictating otherwise. He has shown courage for standing up for the Chilean cause in Britain, as well as Margareth Thatcher, and informing public opinion. He stood out from his cowardly leftist apologists in the new Conservative Party, which today admits gays and is "politically correct" following the socialist parties of Western and Central Europe. Lord Lamont visited Chile when he was in government and was in awe by Chile's economic success, when led by General Pinochet. He also graciously accepted when the Pinochet Foundation invited him to Chile and gave them the highest honor to a foreigner, for defending Chile's dignity and the legacy of the Military Government. May the Conservatives be conservatives once again led by Baroness Thatcher and Lord Lamont!!

-General Jose Alfredo Stroessner, Ex-President of Paraguay-

We pay tribute to the memory of this soldier and General, who was one of the first regimes to recognize the legitimate Chilean Military Government. He invited General Pinochet and his wife Lucia Hiriart personally to Paraguay, where both countries signed economic treaties, one of the firsts for Chile for many decades. Stroessner was a staunch anti-communist and a nationalist, and his policies led Paraguay to develop and become one of the most stable countries in South America. Unfortunately, he was overthrown by a minor General in 1989 who wished to return to "democracy", of which we have already seen, where the president plotted to kill his rival and vice-president, leading to tremendous instability. This instability has also led to an attempted coup by General Lino Oviedo, a dangerous populist.

-Henry Kissinger, former National Security Director, and U.S Secretary of State-

We give tribute to this great man political scientist, and one of the best Secretaries of State of all times from the U.S. He immigrated to the United States from Nazi Germany and went on to become National Security Advisor and then Secretary of State under the Nixon administration and under the Ford administration. He masterminded U.S foreign policy, and followed a real-politik approach, where he supported regimes friendly to the United States, and did not go after a fake policy of implanting "democracy" all over the planet, nor claim that the U.S was doing it as a struggle of "good against evil" like many American politicians today. He was a strong supporter of the Pinochet government, and stood by our country when the Soviets and Cuba wanted to impose an embargo and isolate Chile. Unfortunately he was removed, and the leftist media has not stop harassing him since.

-H.I.M Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, former Shah of Iran-

We give tribute to this great man, His Imperial Majesty Mohammad Reza Shah, who although from a country far away from Chile, was fighting some of the same evil elements like communism and apart from that islamic extremism. He rbought an era of prosperity and modernity, when Iran was like Europe. The Mullahs since that overthre the Shah in the 1979 revolution brought Iran back to the dark ages, where women cannot even go out without a veil. When the Shah was deposed General Pinochet was preocupied with other maters of restoring the nation at the time, to invite him to live his exile in our country. We the Chilean Anti-Communist League pay tribute to this great man, who did what was right for his country, and even after 23 years of complete islamic radicalism and disaster, Many of the Shah's good works stand against time as a rememberance of a gone golden age. Long Live the Shah!! Down with Communism and Islamic fundamentalism!!! May the new Shah return to claim his rightful throne!
