1/2 c | Butter |
3/4 c | Sugar |
3/4 c | Brown Sugar |
2 | Eggs |
2 t | Vanilla |
2 1/4 c | Flour |
1 t | Baking Soda |
1/2 t | Salt |
2 1/2 c | Semisweet Chocolate Chips |
1 c | Flaked Coconut |
1 c | Almonds, chopped |
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, stir into the creamed mixture until well blended.
Finally, stir in the chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
