Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a Large bowl, combine cake mix and butter with a pastry blender or fork.
Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly in bottom of ungreased jelly roll pan.
Press down lightly.
Sprinkle with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts.
Pour condensed milk evenly over all ingredients.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool completely.
Cut into Bars.
