Best Brownies |

| 1 c | Butter or Margerine, melted |
| 2 c | Sugar |
| 2 t | Vanilla |
| 4 | Eggs |
| 3/4 c | Cocoa |
| 1 c | Flour |
| 1/2 t | Baking Powder |
| 1/4 t | Salt |
| 1 c | Nuts, chopped |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together butter, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat until well blended. Stir in nuts, if using.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely before cutting.
